About Us
A native of Charlotte, North Carolina. My love for cooking began with my parents and uncle. This encouraged me to pursue my career at the Culinary Institute of America. Throughout my career I have worked as a Line Cook, Sous Chef and Executive Chef with various establishments.
After being blessed by God to marry my wife, we established Extreme Culinary Creations by R & A.
We take proud in the way we give our clients the best service and product. Helping our clients pull off their special event and making their special event memorable and reflect their image to their guest.
